Do you think as Christians we cannot be ambitious as to maybe desiring to have a business, desiring to be successful and be wealthy but at the same time those aims are not for evil purposes like wanting to be popular and lead a sinful lifestyle because of the wealth or wanting to be seen as "The Guy" but for just living a successful nice life, wanting to have the best for your family and enjoy a comfortable life?

The question is can we devote that much time to this life while devoting ourselves to God? The bible says "where your treasure is there your heart will be". Is your heart in physical possessions or spiritual?
Being rich is not a sin. But the bible Does clearly warn us how difficult being rich and a Christian is.
Personally I find a slavish devotion to make money a sign of where priorities lie.
