I will take a stab at translating that.

If you try to find the perfect man you will not find him. If you try to compare men and get the best one you will never be happy because you will always find one who is better than the one you have. But if you look for a man who loves you and who you can love, it will be easy to find one.
You weren't too far off on the translation. Nobody's perfect. I mean, nobody of all of the somebodies, but Jesus isn't just somebody, He's the Onebody. So, looking for 'the one' and finding anybody but Jesus is futile but certainly there's "a one" who you can make 'the' one for you.

Re: @seoulsearch 's thoughts on a Christian criterion of compatibility as well as consideration to @ciicii thoughts on the boxes being checked but the results still fall short of expectations. Personally, I can't help but start out looking at a person sideways when he or she claims the faith, always no matter who it is, even if all the boxes are checked. What I'm looking sideways for is if they have the character of "the one" in order to determine that they are, indeed, "a one." But for me, that criterion isn't what church they attend, or what bible version they read, or any other box that would otherwise be so readily verified. I look for not faith only, but those clothed with hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience when looking for any picture of love. Love doesn't hurt no matter what the song by Nazareth says.

(It's not love) that left you standing; (It's not love) that left you cold; (It's not love) misunderstanding; Only a mistake, there's nothing left to take. Why baby why did you make me let you go and leave you so lonely.... This what Dokken has to say about it.

Anyway, I can't know if I've been successful in clarifying myself because the boxes I draw are not of the sort of ideal that can be checked with any visible marker.
