I'M TRYING MY BEST TO BE A BETTER PERSON AND HAVE A BETTER RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, BUT I FIND IT HARD WHEN I'M CONSTANTLY AROUND NEGATIVE AND SINFUL FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND CO-WORKERS. I DON'T WANT TO BE NEGATIVE PERSON, I DON'T WANT TO DO NEGATIVE THINGS BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE PATIENCE BECAUSE I FEEL GOD IS TAKING TO LONG TO ANSWER MY PRAYERS...I'VE GOTTEN A LITTLE BETTER BUT I REALLY NEED TO WORK ON HAVING PATIENCE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY. SOMETIMES I GET REALLY ANNOYED AND AGGRAVATED WHEN SOMETHING DOESN'T GO MY WAY WHICH CAN CAUSE ME TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND BE NEGATIVE TOWARDS OTHERS AND THATS NOT RIGHT I SHOULDN'T TAKE MY ATTITUDE OUT ON OTHERS BECAUSE I'M UPSET ABOUT SOMETHING...I JUST WANT TO BE A BETTER PERSON AND DO WHAT'S RIGHT....PLEASE PRAY FOR ME!!!
 
Hi,... Sometimes we annoy ourselves the most, ..... It sucks because we can't spit the dummy and walk away...... Just give me a break from ME Jesus please...LOL. . I'm so over my attitude problem ..... I know what to do about it but it ain't easy.

Praying for you sweetie ....patience, calmness, discernment. You are well on your way because you recognize this personality fault.

I have it too :) and I hate to tell you this but it centers around pride. Pride is our biggest sin against God so I guess it's not a great surprise that we have to struggle with it for our entire lives. But WE CAN get it under control :)
 
Honey, I am hoping it will bring you some sonsolation to know this...
When I was 10 years older than you are now, my 2 closest frieends, who had known me well for years, called me "the nego-queen". It hutr, but faithful are the wounds of a friend! My mom was (is) always pretty negative. I thought I was "just being realistic", but what was r-e-a-l is that I was oh, so negative all the time!
I applaud you for seeing this in yourself. Now you can birng it to the Lord to removel it, and He will. All we have to do is submit to Him. :)

For the second time today, the Lord brings to mind the scripture, "Not by might, nor by power, but by My Siprit", says the Lord of hosts. (Zech. 4:6)
We cannot change our own hearts. We can change our behavior with His help, and ask God to change our hearts. It's His business...conforming us to the image of His Son. :)
I've talked to God about you, beloved of your Father. Trust in Him--He wants to do this in and for you. :)

ps- usually when the Lord says something to me twice like that, he's saying something to me about me! So, thanks very much for being His instrument in this today! ♥
