looking for the LIKE button

While reading some threads, I have often wished for a LIKE button. I don't always have something new to contribute, but I would love to be able to register agreement for others who have. Just a thought. Any reason this kind of option can't be available here?

Yea, but you don't know what they got repped for, or at least you have to dig into their profile to find it. I like the idea of rating posts also. This way people can see right away which posts might be considered really good and which ones might be considered bad or wrong. Also, people will know if what they're saying is generally accepted or rejected. Plus its a ton of fun to vote on people's posts! :)
 
if you click the rep, it will tell you what post you got it for :)

but yea, I guess, as long there isn't a dislike button
