The Bible is filled with love stories. What's your favorite? Hosea and Gomer is one of my favorites. It's a beautiful story of true Godly love and forgiveness.

Jacob & Rachel.

"So Jacob served seven years for Rachel, and they seemed to him but a few days because of the love he had for her." Genesis 29:20

I think the account of Boaz and Ruth is one of the most beautiful love stories in the bible. It's interesting how Ruth went from being a poor lonely Moabitess to being the wife of a wealthy Israelite man and becoming part of the lineage of Jesus simply because of her faith and devotion to Noami.

Mine would be David and Goliath. Now that was a romance for the ages to come.

You make me laugh.

It may sound cheesy and hokey, but to be honest God's love for mankind. When I look at "love stories" in the bible there is just such an epic amount of disfunction and heartbreak, and yet God's love reigns through it all, and we see such a level of His love and forgiveness in each story. I think Hosea and Gomer best displays the love of God for his people.

Me too! Forget pick up lines. Smack 'em with a rock to get their attention. That's hot.

Serious tho..I'd have to go with Jacob and Rachel too. But that Leah part is sad. :(

I like this one as well... The way Boaz go's about things and treats Ruth is really sweet.

As for Rachel and Jacob...

I find it REALLY weird that you can be tricked into sleeping with the wrong person. Like seriously, don't you like look or speak to the person.

I'm going to go with the Shulamite and her shepherd boy, from the Song of Solomon.

Moral of the story, Love conquers all, cannot be bought and should never be stirred before its time.
