The baptizer called upon/ over the BURIED candidate the 'name of the LORD Jesus, our Savior.'
Calling on the name of the LORD can be found throughout the ’Israelite Scriptures.’
To call God by his name, to get his attention and a response,
was always the sensible Israelite custom.
If we want to join the Israelite GOD and his children then we must obey his simple teachings.
The candidate MUST also >> PERSONALLY call on Jesus, for forgiveness and a good life,
