Part A1
Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Notice that “man” is to be regarded as the enemy and not some mystical devil.

Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Notice the word “name” which denotes “family”, which is to say that wicked men shall claim to be members of God’s household in Christ Jesus’s name but by their works they are shown to be imposters or anti-Christs.

Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Mat 24:8 All these [are] the beginning of sorrows.
Physical life upon the earth shall continue as normal.

Mat 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
Mat 24:10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
Mat 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Those false Christs become so numerous within the church and that they begin to divide it from within. They set up false teachers over them that compromise the holy doctrine that Christ Jesus built upon the Spirit of holiness and thereby cause many others to fall away from Truth. This faithless unholy doctrine shall be taught globally before the promised return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the end of the world.

Part A2
Mat 24:15 ¶ When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
The “desolation” would denote a “Spiritual desolation”, and so the “abomination” would need to be that which causes the Holy Spirit to reject a person. There is only one thing in the Holy Bible that does this—worldly pride (Dan 5:20) (Prov.16:18; Mar.7:20—23; 1Jo.2:16)

Mat 24:16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Those that continue in holiness unto the LORD (Judaea) must not give place to any compromising doctrine that is manufactured with worldly pride and not holiness. They are to fear and obey Holy God who has given the Holy Spirit and the Holy Bible (mountains).

Mat 24:17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
Mat 24:18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Mat 24:19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
These verses denote judgment’s that come from God at times against those who have given place to worldly pride, and those who survive with correction are ordered not to return back again. The false christs and their prophets who teach this opposing worldly doctrine are hereby regarded as enemies of the LORD and shall be judged as such.

Mat 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Notice that Part A1 was an overview of future events and that Part A2 was a more detailed look within the overview of Part A1.
Both Part A1 & Part A2 have shown that a time of tribulation shall occur within the church between those who are faithful to God in heaven and those who are faithful to their worldly friends. Again, those who are faithful to God in heaven shall need to endure great tribulation not only with their own personal struggles as they fight against the carnal lusts of their own corrupt flesh but they’ll also be fighting against the increasing flood of anti-Christs and their worldly doctrine that shall enter into the church.
In this verse Christ Jesus admonishes His sanctified to continue in prayer unto the Father in heaven so that during their triblulations they remain watchful and stedfast in holiness unto the LORD, because the Father knows the end from the beginning and only He can lead His people out and away from judgment. For some people judgment from heaven might come like a thief in the night and they might narrowly escape God’s judgment’s but they’re forced out of their comfort place with “barely anything” (winter) (Matt.24:17+18), which may cause them to do even worse like treading the Sabbath under foot (compromising the Holy Doctrine even more so) that Christ Jesus established with His own blood (Matt.24:19). Basically, be honest in heart and pray for grace to obey Truth & Righteousness!

Part B1
Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
The word “tribulation” denotes the struggle that believers endure to secure the precious gift of salvation (Acts 14:22; 1Th.3:3+4); and salvation did not begin until Christ Jesus was born (Luke Luke 1:67—75; 2:11+30; 19:9); and of course it began in earnest once the annointed Christ Jesus was scarificed for man and the Holy Spirit was graciously poured out from heaven.
The very important thing to notice here is that “salvation” (tribulation) began in the name of the Holy Savior at the time of the His birth.
Read Matt.24:21 again very carefully and notice “then shall be” which refers to the future, and also “beginning of the world” and then carefully notice “to this time” which is the time of the life of the promised Messiah, and that salvation shall never be possible again once heaven and earth are destroyed.
So then, there shall be a period of time where great salvation-tribulation shall occur in the future, much unlike what had occurred from the beginning of the world up to the birth of the promised Christ Jesus. This period of time where a great amount of salvation-tribulation occurred is referred to as the Great Tribulation Era in the other studies.

Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
If Christ Jesus was never born then the old days of the Old Testament would have continued. The Old Testament days had produced a deceitful doctrine of death where the followers lived by the letter of the law and basically had no Spiritual fellowship with the Father in heaven. The religious practices that had been manufactured upon the original doctrine needed to be done away with, or cut short back down to the original doctrine again. When the Lamb of God was sacrified in accordance with the original doctrine for man, Christ Jesus fulfilled the Scriptures and did away with the carnal works of religious men in the past; if He did not then no “carnal man” (flesh) would have been saved.

There’s another interpretation:
Mat.24:21+22 strongly implies that in the last days there shall be a time of great tribulation, and it’s already been shown that the word “tribulation” refers to a time of “Spiritual conflict”. The salvation tribulation always involves physical suffering because its exclusive pupose and focus is for the personal benefit of Spiritual increase (Matt.13:21; 24:9 (afflicted); Jhn.6:62—66; Rom.8:13+14; 1Cor.2:12; 15:44—50; 2Cor. 4:16—18; Hbr.11:33—40; Jam.4:7—10).
But this other interpretation that the Holy Bible describes is a different kind of tribulation occurring before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, and is a Spiritual darkness where there is no salvation possible, which is completely opposite of the salvation-tribulation years that preceded it. In the last days a Spiritual desolation of darkness-tribulation occurs in the land and for the few redeemed of the LORD still upon the earth this time of judgment becomes very difficult to endure but at the very end the LORD opens the door to heaven for a very ‘short’ period of time to allow His elect to enter in.

Mat 24:23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here [is] Christ, or there; believe [it] not.
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Mat 24:25 Behold, I have told you before.
The false doctrine of the false prophets shall sound very similar to the truth, but still just lies of the truth. The signs and wonders would be their faithless and fearless works as they alter and contort the Scriptures into an unholy worldly doctine.
The Old Testament is replete with warning after warning of future imposters and deceivers teaching damnable heresies.

Mat 24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, [he is] in the secret chambers; believe [it] not.
Mat 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
The salvation of GOD is not hiden; it is light in the darkness; and such light shall be seen before the end. That which had been destroyed during the desolation shall be commonly accepted by the “elect” (eagles).

Part B2
Mat 24:29 ¶ Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
When salvation ends that means the mercies of “God” (sun) have ended (Spiritual darkness), which means the “church” (moon) goes dark, which means that what was once considered heavenly becomes worldly, and the Holy Scriptures are altered and contorted.

Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
The Truth is seen briefly once again much like a bright light in the ensuing darkness before the arrival of the Lord Jesus from heaven.

Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
The elect are caught up to heaven (rapture).

Mat 24:32 ¶ Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer [is] nigh:
Mat 24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, [even] at the doors.
Mat 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
The “church” (fig tree) died, and this dead carcase is a clear sign for the elect that the end is near. The generation of Christ Jesus, which is a time of salvation by GOD in heaven, continues for 2017 years and then no more (7BC—AD2011).

Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Mat 24:36 ¶ But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
“Heaven” (salvation) and “earth” (church) shall pass away, but the promises of God shall continue.
Matt.24:29 describes when the Spiritual desolation begins and this Heaven and Earth parable describes God’s faithfullness to His redeemed throuth it all, and also foretells the end of heaven and earth.
The Greek word (1492) for “know” is used 281 times this way and 314 times as “see” (seen, saw, perceive, look, behold), and so this word “know” (1492) denotes having acquired knowledge from direct observation.
So this parable says that the Father was able to look down the corridors of time and He ‘saw’ the end from the beginning, and planned the end from the beginning, and decided when the end would come, even down to the ‘day and hour’; and therefore only the Father would have this ‘knowledge’, and if the Father would share this information then the manner by which He would do this is only through the “Holy Bible” (Word of God).

Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Mat 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Describes a Spiritual desolation where no additional souls were saved once the command to construct the ark was given: The ignorant, unfaithful and unbelieving were destroyed.

Mat 24:40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Mat 24:41 Two [women shall be] grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Mat 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
These verses describe blessings from heaven returning at the end of the Spiritual desolation, unlike the days of Noah, and before the rapture. The command is to watch!
