I have a problem. In my quest to become a better man I ran a course that goes something like this. When I was saved I became sensitive to evil, shunning it at a small glimpse. As I got older I met the betrayal of my flesh. My desire grew and I could scarsely control myself. I had never disobeyed God so much. I prayed the same prayer so so many times. Help me God, help me. God left the job up to me. But in my young eyes, He had abandoned me. I began crying out to God in confusion. Years pasted, with glories here and there in different areas, especially wisdom and the helps, but this still haunted me. They told me it was every mans battle, to be easier on myself, but that wasn't me. They told me all kinds of different things. Some things that were so ridiculous I couldn't stand it. And I was embarrased about Christianity. After a time of suffering I grew cold to God, still keeping my Bible close because I still believed God could help me if He wanted to, but for some reason (that wasn't right) He just didn't. Now I have grasped in my soul that I'm not entitled to anything: Love, blessings, anything good. All the good in my life came to me freely from God. He is the One who entitles things for people. He choses which things go to which people. Here I am still. I've mostly given up on trying to be better in that area. There's one more thing. I'm bipolar, so my libito is higher than the average man's. I won't give up, but I won't ever feel right until I am made right. Not because I demand it, but because I need it to please God and feel full.

Brandon, I will be praying for you not to lose faith and hope. Our God is a merciful one. Though he can hate the things we do, he will not abondon us if we seek him. The bible says when you sin, confess your sin to Jesus and he is faithfull and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. John 1:9.If Judas had run to Jesus for forgiveness he never would have pulled his head off.

Proverbs 18:10
The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe

That's comforting thank you. That verse never says when He will cleanse us from unrighteousness though. It comes too late in my mind; at least I half think that. The other half of me says God is doing everything right. I have to trust God in the end though, that He does the right things, even when He doesn't do certain things. The Bible never says all you're prayers will be answered. That's disney. "All your dreams will come true." What the Bible does say is that we will have what we want when we want the things that God wants for us.

One third of you is perfect, cleansed, and holy without blame. That third has been brought to life by Jesus Christ. Everything you ever need has been given to you by God Almighty - He has given you Jesus Christ, and as a result, your spirit has been transformed, nay, sealed with the Holy Spirit. Yours, mine, and every other believer's spirit is wall to wall Holy Ghost.

God looks at you as perfect, holy, and acceptable without blame. Why? Because He sees you as you are in your spirit. Between the believer and God, that believer is holy, perfect and acceptable without blame because in Him dwells the spirit of God. You've been made righteous by the spirit of God.

With the spirit of God comes amazing things. Victory is one of those, as Jesus has already won. You've already got victory to triumph over anything that comes your way because Jesus Christ is your victory. His grace enables us to do so much more than I imagine we realize. I can tell you I haven't appropriated this victory in which I'm speaking of completely, but I've experienced it.

Life isn't easy, but it's that much easier and better because we've got Jesus Christ! Good luck, and God bless!
