Should the special branch open up its archives to a researcher? Why do you think the special branch is
being so secretive?

The police opened up its archives to an historian Christopher Andrews and he wrote a book
entitled "The Defence of the Realm: The Authorised History" and he published the work in
2009, why can't the special branch do the same?
