Michael Jackson Prosecutor Tom Sneddon Dies of Cancer at Age 73

Whether you're a huge fan of Michael Jackson while he was alive or someone who lives under a rock (like myself - though don't get me wrong, I had a mutual ground while the MJ allegations went on despite being a kid at the time), the comments seem a bit over the top. The sad part is that I see it from those who claim to believe wholeheartedly in God doing the same thing. What's your view as a Christian about the whole thing? If someone who clearly had a huge impact in a negative way that destroyed other people's living during their life dies, are people supposed to rejoice in it?

I hope this topic isn't so inappropriate here and if it is then please delete it...
 
Did he really abuse Children...I don't know but why did Jordan Chandler's father commit suicide on hearing of Michael's death? Personally I think MJ never really grew up and was very child-like having never been able to be just a child. He simply didn't realise the implications of seemingly innocent sleep overs. MJ himself was used and abused all his life, beginning with his father and ending with a "doctor". Plastic surgeons rubbed their hands with glee as he approached them even though any surgeon worth his salt would have told him he's had enough surgery. Very sad and I wonder if Michael knew the Lord..
 
I was wondering the same. Some say that he was looking into Islam before his death, but I don't know how true that is.

  1. His brother Marlon admits that he was a Christian. His body guards have said he was a Christian. His body guards have already said he never committed to Islam and so did his brother Jermaine. Michael never talked about Muhammad or Allah only Jehovah, Jesus, and the Bible.
 
I hope he is with Jesus singing his heart out and doing his moonwalk. I hope to hear him sing again sometime.
 
I often wonder if princess Diana is with the Lord, I fear she may not be. I know she tried all kinds of alternative stuff such as having her cards read. She also considered Catholicism and Islam because of a Pakistani doctor she was dating after her divorce but she was a wonderful mother and humanitarian and I know our God is a God of justice - I trust him to do what is right.
 
I never invested much time concerning of Princess Diana. At the time they had to be Anglican Christian in order to marry into the royal family. One statement she apparently made was this:

"I'm aware that people I have loved and have died and are in the spirit world looking for me."

Indicates that she's aware of there being a spiritual realm, at least.

Otherwise it doesn't seem certain if she ever truly settled into a religion other than the inheritance of Anglican that was required to be in the British Royal bloodline/family. I don't know much about Anglican Christianity in itself, but I assume that it can to some degree mean that she had some belief in Jesus.


What I find sad is the fact that there may be celebrities or people of world known importance that may want to give Christianity a chance, but with the media they can't leak so much of their religious perspectives (let alone being censored) and whatnot because it would step on peoples toes on how politically correct and sexuality-based society in itself has become. Ironically, those who scream suppression are able to express themselves so much more than those that are labeled to be bigots to ever share their side without their name of ever having a risk of being stained with it. So I don't think we'll ever truly know whether or not many of these people whether deceased or alive are saved or not.
