Can you see if someone has a migraine, I mean because I was in a class before lunch and I think i had a migraine or a headache, and after the class and when i sat for lunch my friend with a smile says "How is the migraine" as if he saw it written on my face or something. So what is your answer friends
 
Have you had one before when near them? My brothers get migraines fairly often, and you can kindo f tell by the look on their face, that's they've got one.

When I get a real bad headache, some of my time is spent in front of a pail vomiting.

That might give it away.
