Hey all
Ive been having major issues with gettin migraines nearly daily from the computer screens in college. Im going to the doc on tuesday for it.
It got me really bad today so please pray for me ( especially as I will have a 4hr computer exam on thursday)

Thats why I will try to get to an eye specialist, he can get me computer glasses or something. First im going to go to the neurologist on tuesday as he got the migraine under controll with giving me high dosed vitami. B12 BUT it makes my eyes so sensitive that I cant do computer work with it dosed that high.

Lord Jesus help Demi with her migraines and heal her of all infirmities in Jesus name Amen.

Demi, I used to get headaches/achey eyes after long hours until I used this plugin called f.lux
it's free and you can adjust the backlight/white light to lower levels that can help reduce eye pain/migraine headache due to bright light....

try it out on your laptop it's really good with any monitor but best on LCD types like laptops/tv/tablet etc...

The migraines I used to get, and still could, are apparently due to my blood sugar level dropping too low. Make sure you are getting enough to eat.

I dont get that problem onmy laptop or tablet. Just the Computers in college. Ive tried to figure out how to make the screens darker but obviously they are all controlled by the teachers.

I think this program can run off of a usb but not sure, so that may be an option to bring your own usb and stick it on the computer and run F.lux to decrease brightness....also sunglasses may help too?

We are not allowed to use USB sticks ( i know its crazy). Been thinking bout getting some decent sunglasses but its not just the brightness its most likely the plasma effect it makes me dizzy and start seeing colours and stuff. Mom has the same problems. Which is why we have to be careful with choosing screens lol. Like said Ill see what I can do
