Mississippi state election settled by 'drawing straws'

and did they spend thousands of usa dollors, before they cast lots. or did you miss that, when reading the news topic.

hence save money, flip a coin. and dont ask the voter for there ideas. etc

What they did was obey State Law.........conducting the original election as it was suppose to be conducted, and then they did followed the instructions for settling a "tie."

As for tax dollars, by "drawing straws," they did not spend thousands of tax dollars in a new election, thus saving the State quite a lot of money.

In any event, why do you care? It's not like you are paying taxes here in the US.....or a resident of that State.

i can read the news topic in question. when did it say, in the news topic, one should care. the point is one did, what they want regardless of a vote. however one would ask , why would one, try and put words in an others, opinion that are not there. then one would have to ask them.
