What is more important in todays world, money or love?
I am interested to see if I'm out of sink with the rest of the world, because I think it is love.
 
I think the world would end (with or without Gods help) if there was no love

however, many people sure seem to think money is more important :(

You need to state what kind of love you're talking about. Everyone needs money in this world to survive so it should be stated like this.

What is more important? The love of money or the love of God?

My answer to this question would be the love of God but no sinners understand this love. This is why they love money instead.

The selfish love of sinners is not the love of God, which is knowledge. The knowledge of God removes all fears. Those who have his knowledge will be taken care of for the rest of eternity.

The 7th day rest in the Lord is when one of his chosen ones becomes a sinless saint. This person is now living in the spirit and God will take care of the flesh until it's dead. He provides the necessary money or miracles to make sure the flesh is fed and clothed. He also makes sure the flesh has a comfortable bed for him to sleep at night. This flesh is needed to preach the gospel until it's killed by the beast.
 
Love is love ,money is money,they are not the same thing
and the knowledge of God,that is love

Brethren, without god, none of these things matter. with God, still they are only secondary things.
Ours, as followers of Christ, is a labor of true Love. Not the love of this world, which is lust poorly masked. But that love which lifts up the spirits of mankind with the True promise of eternal salvation. It is our lot, all our days upon the earth, to be fallen away from that Glory of God; and so, I tell you this.
God, is what is important. If one is truly a servant of His House, an obeyer of His Word; he will walk all his days in Love, not love. He will never worry as the gentiles do for where his shirt comes from, his food be prepared, or his pocket full of coin. If you truly walk with The Lord while your feet are on this earth, He will keep you, He said it; and it is so.

Who cares about what the world thinks? Love that is given from God is far more important :) If He wants you to be with someone and places that person in your life, wouldn't you jump on it? If money is what the world cares about, why should you care about it? I agree with you ;)

While money in itself isn't bad (say that God has given you success and you make money out of it, tithe, and give back), if your focus is on money, I think that is where the issue is. What do you value most above all? Love given by God (discernment in this too), or money?
 
I view money as a tool to do Gods work. Pleasing the Father and receiving his Love is one reward amoung many for being his loyal servant.

Love... Love can provide what money cannot. And Love can obtain money to be used for the purposes of spreading God's word... Works of Love, and Works of Faith... are founded by God, Who has more Love, and more money (If you are worldly), than can ever possibly exist in human imagination.
