aaaaaah I tried it just now! My brother came over and didn't have anything proper set for tea so I remember I copied this recipe down and decided I would try and whip it up. I didn't have cocoa or eggs in the house so I used Hot Chocolate powder and half a mashed banana as substitte. But this recipe is amazing!! a new favourite fo sho!!!

This is a lot like a two-minute cupcake recipe I use and often convert to use a mug when I'm feeling extra lazy. They have marshmellow icing and the cake part is quite moist and sticky, almost a bit like brownies, especially if you don't eat them all right away (ha!) and leave some in the fridge for a while. When I can be bothered I'll dig out the recipe and post it (I've gotten used to making it by feel and don't measure the ingredients so it's hard for me to say what to do without finding where I have it written down somewhere).

I have no butter right now though and am thinking maybe this recipe could be a good alternative right now.. hmm.. Is cake a bad idea when you're sick??
