You must not have read the whole post to misrepresent what I wrote like that, though your sentence is too vague. If you meant the religion of Islam itself it should be sent back to the pit of hell, saving anymore poor deluded souls from it.

I meant Muslims, actually. Muslim individuals.

I think you are being too hard on Islam without taking an honest look at Christianity.

Or perhaps you are just trying to cast yourself into a state of confusion to avoid the ugly truth about the false prophet Muhammad's true Islam. It really isn't hard to understand. Most people that call themselves Muslims - believe they were born Muslims - and don't even bother to prostrate themselves toward the Quraish pagan's black stone idol in Mecca five times a day and pray the required 495 "vain repetitions of the heathen", that are required of them by their false prophet Muhammad through their books.

So the only way we can talk about a Muslim, or a Christian, without wasting a lot of our mutual time with nonsense, is to go by what our respective scriptures expect and require of us. As I already pointed out through many verses, Muslims are required to conquer all kingdoms and subjugate all people to disbelieving the crucifixion of Christ, denying the Son of God, and rejecting His atoning blood as articles of faith in the false prophet Muhammad. It's their job, and as I already pointed out, the true Muslims that do as Muhammad did and commanded his followers to do, consider those who do not engage in that conquest or at least wish in their heart of hearts they were engaged in imperialistic conquest, are hypocrites.

The only way we can judge a Christian, or Christianity, is through our revealed scriptures. We all commanded to love our neighbor as ourselves. We are commanded to love our enemies.

THAT is an "honest look at Christianity" and anybody who doesn't understand that is not being honest about the subject.
If by your veiled detraction of "Christianity", you were referring to such UNChristian behavior of men, such as the Roman Church murders of Jews, Muslims AND CHRISTIANS, you have burdened yourself with pointing out to us where the Gospel commands such behavior of Christians, or retract your ugly and UNChristian suggestion of "taking an honest look at Christianity" while invoking Islam in the same sentence, and take an honest look at Christianity yourself. I'm a born again Christian, so I know what a Christian is first hand, and what is expected of me by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through the scriptures, as well as through the Spirit, as millions of other Christians do, each uniquely called.

Though there's never any reason for we Christians to be frightened. Not even these 500 men, women and children that were burned alive by Muslims in their church in Nigeria. They no longer have to suffer the "the fiery darts of the wicked.":

Indonesia doesn't practice sharia law, therefore no FGM is practiced. If you're talking about sharia, though, there is 1 province in Indonesia called Aceh which is governed by sharia. And the one who buldozed is not only a muslim, but the major itself of that city decided to do so. While actually, in constitution and legal framework of Indonesia, only the court can decide any buldozed or destruction of any building.
So yea, it's sad, but Indonesia still has a future, since it doesn't apply Sharia (at least on the law and constitution level)
