I have a prayer request for my aunt, she was diagnosed with cancer i think last month, she has cancer in her brain. while she was started on chemo right away, while she was in the hospital about a week ago she got out of her bed and slipped and fell, she got a bad head injury and had to be put in the ICU for her head injury it caused bleeding in her brain, so chemo had to be put off. Well today she is going into surgery to evacuate all the fluid that has built up around her brain, and also to insert an Ommaya reservoir into her brain for chemo. she says she is ready to go with the lord so if it's his will then i know there is nothing we can do but if anything pray for her to not be in anymore pain and strength to her kids and grandkids.Thank you so much.

Monica,
I'm sorry that your family has to go through this. It must be difficult. I'm not a big fan of cancer either!
How old is your aunt?
I'll definitely be praying for you and your family!

Thank you MaryR. My aunt her name is Rosina, i think she is close to 70yrs old already. She might be 70 already, but she has always been such a strong, fast moving person. she's always been on the move you know, she was still running her business (she owns a bakery in Los Angeles) up until the day she went into the hospital. It's hard for her to know be bedridden. Thank you for your prayers.

You're very welcome, Monica!
I've recently experienced similar things with relatives of my own, so although I can't know your situation, I feel like I can empathize a bit. That's really great that she'd been doing so well before this. Hoping God gets her back out there!

I have an update on my aunt Rosina, and it isn't good. The Dr.s were unable to perform the surgery yesterday because they couldn't get her fever down. I think it's been at 104, and because of all the bleeding in her brain, her platelets are to low. She is being given morphine every hour for pain. Please pray for her fever to go down and for there to be enough platelets that will be donated so she can have this much needed surgery. Thank you again for all your prayers.

Praise the Lord that your aunt is so spiritually assured. That's an amazing testimony right there. But I will be praying for all of you as well as the physical pain and discomfort that she may be going through.
And for you as well, that the Lord will lead you through this time of shadows and valleys and give you a chance to see a whole new side of His hand and His heart. Let this be a time of growth for you, dear sister! Go with God and keep walking strong. <3
