Need help finding out who this minister/preacher/pastor is. ??

ok so i found it on 搜狗音乐盒
if you wait long enough it should load. its a chinese site. but it will play a song called faibe sonore -hansel and gretel remix. but its actually a sermon about samuel and the elders and the ark of the covenant.

i really want to know who the minister is. if i could find out his name i could look up some of his other work.

i hope you find out because know i would like to see this minister, i would appreciate it if you could send me an email to let me know where i can view his sermons online
