Need some christian advice

How do you tell someone or should you even tell them when the life their living and the choices their making are wrong without sounding judgemental. Should I just pray for them or take it upon myself to tell their wrongs and risk that friendship? Its coming from a place of love but people dont like hearing their own wrongs :/
