I have been a christian for long and at a time I had a realy good relationship with God. But as I grew older I began fall short of God's glory because of some of the things I indulge in. But of all I been plagued with sexual chating and masturbation. Every time I do it I feel very bad but I do it anyways. I have tried very had to stop it,some times I make up my mind and I actualy do stop it. Bt 1 way or another after some time I still see myself goin back to my vomit. I realy don't want to continue with this kinda life, I NEED SPIRITUAL HELP.

Okha, thank you for your very open post. I can see we don't need to tell you that sex chatting is wrong, you have already been convicted about it.

The best advice I can give you is to know that you need help stopping. Pray and ask Jesus to help you. Ask Him to fill you with The Holy Spirit, and create a new heart in you. Be truthful, and confess everything that is on your heart. He knows it already anyway.
