I'm Just curious, why do people come on this site? I'm sure to strengthen our relationships in Christ , but whats going on beyond your fingertips of the keyboard?
are there any groups feom this website joining forces together with ideas or talents getting anything done ? I'm
Talking beyond the usual work day?
Anyone gathering together to do any projects? Let's say , clean out a shed or help set up a garden at each persons house. .. Something! What if people gathered together and had a huge yard sale.. Roll the money into a fund.. Have a carwash.. Snowball that in there too..do a bake sale .. Roll that in as well... get T shorts to promote Cc chat while doing it .. Give some of the funding back to cc for all they've allowed to happen here..
is there anyone doing anything? Of there is in Oklahoma would you let me know? I'd like to integrate my time into something more than banging the letters on my phone .. I dont know I'm just curious if any members get together and do anything .. Go to church , teach each other a talent , go to dinner and mingle as friends ..

well i come for edification and for friendship the closest person is new orleans and so i havent gotten together i have a group i hang with locally and we do stuff together and ive told friends about CC but no one has registered :(
 
Well, I told God I wanted contacts and a ministry and He suggested this, and told me which site to go to. I'm ministering to young Christians, making some great friends, maybe even the Lord will find me a new wife yet. I've also learned some great stuff I did not know, things about Jesus' chronology, early christian groups, there are some really great minds come here.

Doing things? Well, some of you are in that prophecy discussion group. This is a meat project, so it's by invitation, but you are in it, Powemm, and you must agree we are growing in our understanding of what God is doing in the world.

It's too early for a formal announcement, but I am experimenting with some CC'ers now in a new Christian recording project. I think I have the technology licked to where we can record our vocal and instrumental parts from wherever we are, and send them in by e-mail, then mix down and create a youtube video. If you go to my website and check what I have posted in other CC threads, you'll see I have already worked with some new composers online.
 
I came here because i was in a new area and had no friends, and was also sick and not able to get out much. So i was looking for some sort of human interaction.
 
I have no idea how I got on here...Seriously, I checked my email one day and got one saying I had a new message from someone on christian chat, thought to myself "what the crap is christian chat?" Went to the website, typed in the old username and password I had always used in high school, and it worked. Maybe it was God leading me here? I don't know. I had left my wife several months before though, and noticed a christian singles thread and thought to myself "girls!" so I started in the singles forum, and became less interested in finding the next Mrs. Awesome, and more interested in just making friends.

I come here now because I love seeing perspectives from other people and being able to ask other people questions and getting some really good and insightful opinions, I love it. In the mean time I've met some pretty wicked awesome people, and made some good friends who I've been able to pray with and for, and they've done the same for me. They're priceless and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Zoaman, I agree with you too, I've met sine really awesome people on here who are always around if you need them and simply see what's happening .. sharing all God is doing in our lives is great!! .. Thanks for answering guys an gal!!

I googled Christian chat rooms and CC was the first to pop up. I recently started posting in the forums more consistently because it caught my attention. It's interesting to read and interact with lots of different people.
 
I came here because I like posting up a bunch of nothings. I'm boarderline troll. (But I blame that on insecurity and immaturity.) Oh, and to understand a little more about the "faith" I was taught as a child.
