Every night now for the past week, I've gotten an awful headache. I've taken Advil and that didn't seem to help, in fact, it seemed to get worse. I will make an appointment to see the doctor on Monday. I'm only 16 years old.

Your concern is valid...and..in this CHRISTIAN chatroom forum...the best remedy I know of is "Just a little talk with JESUS". It's the only thing that makes it right...otherwise, any medical website is there for you. There have been times that I've actually touched the hurting part of my body and asked the Great Physician to heal, touch and let me endure this, according to His will...and Presto! most times, there is an immediate healing, or by the next day...or...I was led to an emergency room and then a full exam would reveal something else...either way..JESUS heard me and took care....I would advise you to do the same.

Jimmy, if that has gone on for a week then yes go on to the doctor. Could be a cold or allergies but going on to the doctor is best.

Now researchers have demonstrated that plaque buildup occurs in many well-functioning people beginning in middle age or even earlier, and are correlated with subtle disturbances in memory. The findings, published in the journal Neurology, provide further evidence that Alzheimer’s is a long process that begins well before the telltale memory loss and other symptoms of the disease become apparent.

For people at moderate or higher risk from cholesterol plaques, taking a baby aspirin a day can be important. Aspirin helps prevent clots from forming. Ask your doctor before starting aspirin, as it can have side effects.

Anyone with headaches should try a magnesium supplement. Most people are deficient in it. The best absorbed is Magnesium Citrate. I use one 225 mg pill in the morning and one at night and it works really well to stop headaches caused by lack of sleep, which is a big problem for me.
