Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and Death.
Paul makes it clear for for my readers today that Christians can both walk after the FLESH and after the SPIRIT.But SAD NEWS!!! There is condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk after the flesh.GOOD NEWS!!! There is no NO condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the FLESH, but after the SPIRIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Life Application: What do we do with the guilt inevitably resulting from our sin and failure? Do we seize the pre-paid grace-gift of God's forgiveness? Do we then live free from condemnation and free to the quality-control of His Spirit?
