Sometimes it Seems like there is no end in sight to problems. I wonder what I am supposed to learn from the bad in my life?
 
You can always see it as character refinement and molding. Think of the person you’ll be at the other end of the tunnel. It may be dark passing through but it’ll be bright on the way out. Who are you and how will you respond to opposition? Who has God called you to be, and what response would He want you to have? See the challenge, ask God for the grace to prevail, and aim for victory. Let your hope be in God.
 
You're supposed to learn that if people do things they shouldn't do, bad things happen. This whole world is messed up because Adam and Eve ate a piece of fruit.

That's why only the pure and holy will go to Heaven - only the ones who have learned to listen to God. We don't want a new world getting messed up too.

But yeah, there really is no end of trouble. As long as you're living, you'll have problems.

Jeremiah 29:11 is an often quoted verse but is true we have an expected end.. and.our hope is in the Lord.

when times are tough, even when times are good, we call out to God. Job learned this instead of bemoaning his problems, he just needed to get closer to God.

When we first dedicate our lives to Christ, we have just declared war on this world's system (or spiritual power structure). A couple verses come to mind:

1 Peter 4:12,13 "Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy."

Keep your head down, incoming! Everything that can go wrong, probably will. And yet, many scriptures tell us to rejoice over it. We usually can, but maybe not right while the heavy artillery is hitting us. I'll just leave you with these verses:

(ESV) James 1:2-4 "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

I think it can give us more compassion for how a lot of people have to live in the rest of the world. The fear, the illness, the lack of supplies are how so many others live. Maybe this is a good time to lift up those people. If we can become more compassionate and stay that way then it is powerful. A couple of store bought coffees, can be the support someone without access to clean water needs. If could be the medicine they can't access, as it will be for some of us right now. Maybe this time can make us more aware. Maybe now we can begin to understand the refugee with an ill child, no job and nowhere to go. What would we do for our own ill child? These are just some thoughts but maybe during this time God can soften our hearts and open our eyes to our bigger world (Once again not a criticism, just a pondering).
