Nobody can pretend ignorance in order to excuse their sins (part 6):
Fifth point to consider: Fear of the LORD, Wisdom and prudence go along:
Let’s analyze some concepts:
If we pine for having access to the ken that can make people into a new creature in Christ Jesus, that is to say, a knowledge that can make difference wherever we go and whatever we do (Deut 28:3,6), everything starts with hearing the Creator’s voice (Deut 28:1,2) and trembling before His Word, fearing everything that can serve of stumbling (Luke 17:1,2) in the life of those who are watching us (Hebrews 12:1,2).
Fearing the Creator will make us sensible, judicious, at least the necessary to walk in a supernatural Way, that is to say, in Jesus Christ.
And this Wisdom will enable us to see the future and comprehend everything that takes place around us:
So, have a tremendous weekend guided for the fear of the Lord, which leads to the Wisdom which, in turn, make us simple like the doves and prudent like the serpents (Matthew 10:16).
Fifth point to consider: Fear of the LORD, Wisdom and prudence go along:
- "Does not wisdom call?... She cries... I Wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. " (Proverbs 8:1,3,12,13).
Let’s analyze some concepts:
- *Fear of the Lord*: to be afraid of saddening Him and abashing His name;
- *Wisdom*: moderation in the way of acting based of the ken of the Truth;
- *Prudence*: ability of foreseeing the evil and turn aside from it (see Job 1:1);
- “But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged by no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.” (1Cor 2:14-16).
So, have a tremendous weekend guided for the fear of the Lord, which leads to the Wisdom which, in turn, make us simple like the doves and prudent like the serpents (Matthew 10:16).
