Just off the press...

All around me,
Beholden to thee,
New eyes,
Paint the reality of things.

Where I had given in.
Satisfying,
temptations and sins.
This is how I lived.

according to the wisdoms of the World,
a real fool with the wool pulled low.
Intellectually shallow.

I believe I’m wise.
No surprise, then
This Patchwork insides,
Are failing.
falling to pieces,
Until;
I find Christ.
Reach new heights.
He’s been there?
This whole time!
Patiently waiting,
To rebuild my life.
With a strong foundation.
By relationship,
With His Light.
He shines
On the dark,
I didn’t know,
I had inside.

King of Love,
All that is good,
Alpha and Omega,
In Christ He stood.

I’m proud to call Him Father,
I’m thankful He is my God,
I pray you see this wisdom,
The Wisdom of His Love.
