I am a mom of 4. The legal system should have had my children safe and the individuals in jail months ago but have not. I need severe legal help but I have no money. I am afraid and so are my children. Does anyone here know anyone who has been victimized this way? My family was already abusive toward me but were hiding the fact that they were abusing my children every second they could get them away from me. Two boys were still left in the home that my mother stole years back and I did not know I could get back. My mom was drugging and poisoning me and abusing my children including cutting them. I have been looking for an attorney that would take our case who is an expert in stalking and abuse to help us. I have been looking for an expert who would not need evidence that way it would never matter what evidence there is. Please can anyone help me?

Bonnie
Thank you - any help is greatly appreciated.

,I dont know much about the law and I live in a different country, all I can do is pray for you and your family. Prayer is POWER, I would advise you to write this in the prayer forum, I promise I will pray for you, you are not alone, go to your church and ask for help and advice too, and remember the Jesus is with you, seek Him and wait on Him, trust Him, one day God will put everything in place, He is just, you will see justice done, wait on Him!! i know no one who could help you being on the other side of this planet other than the King of Kings, Lord Jesus. I pray for you and enourage you to thank God and praise Him thru this time so as He may demonstrate to you His awesome love and compassion He holds towards your plight knowing full well that Father God will glorify Jesus thru it for the victory He has attained for us on the cross, Praising Him in the valley of life is the most beneficial way for a breakthru to come, Magnify God thru this, not your problem and you will be victorious, for Jesus has given us the victory already. He will guide your steps thru the right doors to people who can and will help.

love and prayers:)

Find a good church. Get their prayer support.

I agree that starting with prayer is Step 1, but you can also do or seek out the following:

Call your county or city main government office and ask if there are any domestic violence groups or organizations that you can call for help. These services are free - they can give you some counseling and help.

Call your county bar or state bar - ask them if you can connect with a ''pro bono'' attorney or organization. Most state or county bars have ''pro bono'' groups - that is, organizations that will connect you with an attorney that will represent you for free.

Enlist the help of any friends you trust for support in prayer or if you might need to take the kids to their house-Im unclear if you actually have the kids with you now.

Do not expect the law to necessarily help you out. This is why you do need an attorney's help AND why you need prayer support so that you the Lord can intervene and MAKE the law work for you and your family.

I know my chatname is LegalEagle but Im not an attorney. I work for attorneys as a research librarian and most of what I just told you does not come from working in an attorney's office , but from real life experience. My attorneys are defense attorneys by the way, which means they defend companies, football teams and schools -- their specialties are not in criminal law but civil.

The MOST important thing is that you know Jesus, and that you pray and have other praying. Second most important thing is to find a good church. You need a lot of support right now.

Hope that helps and I will pray.

God Bless,
LegalE.

it might not be totally biblical but at the level you are describing i would just go straight to the eye for an eye verse and let them have it OT style. Im sorry but I would have no restraint if someone had done that. Maybe it's not right to rain down punishment, but we all have our vices we struggle with.

Dear Bonnie,

My mom works for Legal Aid and helps people connect with attorneys on a daily basis. If you are still in need of legal help, there are attorneys that work for this non profit organization pro-bono. Please type a private message to me with the name of the town you live in so that I can guide you to the Legal Aid center that can possibly be of help to you and your family.

In the meantime, I'm praying for you and your babies.

Your Sister in Christ,
Ingrid

I don't quite know how to say this, uh, but some of our brothers and sisters... the only prayer they need is for psychiatric problems.
