I don't know what just happened, but I think I just had a panic attack and I'm so scared. I can still feel my heart racing and my chest feels heavy. I can't breathe properly.

I've had a headache since 3 this afternoon and I think the physical effects of losing my beloved is hitting me hard.


I can't do this anymore.
 
I know what that feels like, remember when you feel like giving up, that's when your biggest blessing is around the corner and the devil wants you to miss it. Even though the situation may persist, keep reminding yourself that - God's grace is sufficient for you. One day this story will be your testimony....

I'm just sick of this :(
I'm sick of spending hours on the bathroom floor in physical pain from it all. I'm sick of feeling scared about what comes next. I just feel like the easiest thing for me would be to give up.
 
You have to be strong..its not only you that is suffering right now..Many people are into bigger problems than u have .At least you have been with her ,thats the most important thing.Its better to have loved and lost than not to have loved at all..Remember , you are not alone..:)
 
focus on what comes naturally focus on breathing and let God do the rest. I am lifting you to Him and my heart is breaking for you. I don't know the circumstance. But He does. Father please remember that Jimmy is but dust he is your child and he is beside him self. He needs your comfort through this. He is longing to feel loved and to be embraced by the one he loves. let him feel your embrace tangibly . help him in hie time of need. Thank you that you don't forsake us. Even when it feels as if you have left us. It is not true. Pour down your compassion on this child of yours.. In Jesus name.
 
i have had panic attacks in the past and i know how devastating they are. my heart goes out to you. i also know that the advice i am going to give you will sound like the last thing you want to do but with time it will help you recover. you must find a way to be needed by others and focus your energy on that. volunteer at a food bank....something.....anything to be of service. make it your top priority and stay in a constant prayerful state of thankfulness always reminding yourself that your seperation from your beloved is as temporary as if they were away on a trip. this loss is not a loss. it is only a seperation. you will be seeing your beloved again but you must stay on the right path to do that. the example i gave my son was this: if you want to go to walmart don't take the road to mcdonalds and if you want to go to the park don't take the road to sear's. if where you want to go is to your beloved you must take the road to where your beloved is. the road to Jesus. if you take any other road you will not get to where you want to be. you have my prayers
 
just always remember that He is with you.. and there's always a reason for whatever we're going through, we may not know it now but soon you'll find out why. He won't give up on you. I'll be praying for you Jim, hold on :)
