If your pastor says something you disagree with inside, should you continue in that church or is that a sign he is not appointed by God?

It's probably a sign that you should do as the Bible says, and go to him to see if there has been some misunderstanding.

That depends on what it is he said. Was it a big issue/wrong teaching or something small. Also pray about it when you sense something is wrong. Some are led by God to leave a church immediately when something is wrong some are led to wait. It is important that you yourself maintain a good relationship with God. For we wrestle not with flesh and blood, but we wrestle with spirits, evil powers behind people. (Eph 6:12) Pray for them.

I'm not entirely sure this belongs in the conspiracy section as I don't think deciding whether or not to stay in a church because you disagree with your pastor is a conspiracy.

actually, if you disagree with someone, that doesn't matter.

like the Bereans did, go to Scripture, and find out what GOD'S WORD says, take as long as necessary, God willing, and pray all the time.

what does GOD'S WORD say ? that is what matters.
