Hello everyone my name is Joshua Kuoppala and I am from Thunder Bay Ontario Canada.
I could honestly say my walk with Christ started almost twenty years ago when I first started reading the Book of Matthew. My spiritual experience was not sudden or profound but of the educational variety through life experience both negative and positive. I am in no way shape or form a perfect follower of Christ and I am not ashamed to admit that because everytime I fell, everytime I played the prodigal son my faith grew.
And now I am just in a place in my life that I know God can use me and that is and always will be the greatest thing to happen to me.
I also do not call myself a "Christian," I call my myself a follower of Christ because my convictions do not lie within a single institution but God, the Son and the Holy Ghost. I also adhere to what Jesus talked about following God himself more then the traditions of man because there's a reason the Pharisees don't exist anymore.
I honestly believe when you pigeon hole yourself as a Catholic or Anglican or Word of Faith person, you honestly narrow your relationship with God.
But I do not judge.
I go to church and volunteer at various Christian based organizations breaking bread with all because this world already has enough division and that seperation in no way should be made in the name of the one true King.
I am the tax collector at the back of the temple but Jesus is in my heart and that's all that matters.
I hope to meet some of you and wish you all the peace, happiness and joy in the world.
God Bless
Joshua K.
