It's cool for a guy to cook these days, so I started to try some things myself. And guess what! I like to cook!
No, really! I do! Still can't beat my mum though...
Here's something I learned this weekend: Make your own Pesto Tapenade (dip):
Use a blender to mix these ingrediënts:
- Pine nuts (75g)
- Hazelnuts (50g)
- 2 fresh bundles of basil
- Parmesan cheese (50g)
- 3 pieces of garlic
- 15g white vinegar
- 50g water
Blend this, and while doing this, add (200g) olive oil dropwise.
Finish with pepper and salt.
It's a nice aperitif, and I managed to impress my family!
