Psalm 68
[SUP]24 [/SUP]Your procession is[SUP][c][/SUP] seen, O God,
the procession of my God, my King, into the sanctuary—
[SUP]25 [/SUP]the singers in front, the musicians last,
between them virgins playing tambourines:
[SUP]26 [/SUP]“Bless God in the great congregation,
the Lord, O you[SUP][d][/SUP] who are of Israel's fountain!”
[SUP]27 [/SUP]There is Benjamin, the least of them, in the lead,
the princes of Judah in their throng,
the princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.
Matthew 20:16
"So the last will be first, and the first will be last."
Read part of Psalm 68 before just before I ate lunch, and this stood out to me.

A man's pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit. ( Proverbs 29:23 )
Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: ( 1 Peter 5:5-6 )
If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,
Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
( Philippians 2:1-8 )

Luke 17:7“Suppose one of you had a servant plowing or looking after the sheep. Would he say to the servant when he comes in from the field, ‘Come along now and sit down to eat’? 8Would he not rather say, ‘Prepare my supper, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink’? 9Would he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do? 10So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’”

Whenever anyone asks God for something as like to be humble, or to be patient I have learned to expect the opportunity to show that I have already been given through faith the patience or humbleness that overcomes all adversity and be what God intends for me to be. Trouble comes for me to show that God is sovereign in all John 16:33
