Cheers for that reply, i find many people to like in some locally but it's the theology side i have issues with. The early Christians got the balance right in my opinion, i live in optimism yet.
Well, for me the problem is that having studied GW for as long (and I believe deeply) as I have,
it is boring for me to sit in the pew, but few seem to share my love for systematic study that applies GW to modern political issues,
even though the music may be good and the folks are friendly.

Since retiring from being a military chaplain, I have had a couple of opportunities to serve as a teacher in a couple of churches,
but nothing currently, so CC is my main ministry (being too old for full time church work)--which is a reason I offer to share the website: <truthseekersfellowship.com> (See my profile.)

Conspiracy theorist is a label people often attached to me prior to my waking up. It often bothered them as i'm obviously a very rational, deep thinker, i also knew there was nothing we could do to change events and was terrified about what would become of my children.

Knowing the LORD some now has freed me from such terror and the outcome is in his hands, not theirs. Luke 21:28 contains truth to cling to in these times.

Indeed, along with the rest of GW, especially the NT.
It is the atheists who should have PTSD (pre-traumatic stress distress).

Sorry I did not notice that I owed you a reply until just now.

I still think regeneration and repentance or being saved refer to the same thing, which can also be described as conversion, saving faith/belief, baptism by the HS, opening the door to one's heart for Jesus to enter and being in Christ.

I also think this thing/event involves cooperation with God/GW, which action is the non-meritorious satisfying of the condition for salvation. God initiates; sinners may cooperate--or not. This MFW is a supernatural ability given by God to humans created in His image, and it makes them accountable for sins. God draws/calls/leads all sinners toward salvation via the cross, but He does not force them to drink the living water of regeneration.
Sorry for my delay on a response, somewhat busy this past week.

By your reply, one can deduce that you don't, at this time, have a clear understanding in the distinction between "Regeneration" (God's action upon the unregenerate sinner), and "Conversion", which involves the regenerate sinner and the Holy Spirit working in concert with one another. There is a one time conversion that leads one to Jesus Christ and that ones salvation - then an ongoing conversion throughout the believers life to become more Christ like everyday until they pass into eternity.

If I can ever be of help to you on this matter, let me know. May God be with you.
