I live here (Australia) and I've heard nothing of the kind. 30 years ago, you never saw the disabled. They were all kept in facilities well away from the public. My job required me to visit these places. Attitudes changed and now there are community homes. I see them in shopping centres, sports facilities and public venues. They are usually supervised. There is a nationwide disability scheme. It costs taxpayers a fortune but allows the disabled to function as near normal as possible.
We also have a scheme intended to keep older, less able people at home instead of in an aged care facility. My wife is a beneficiary. She gets help with housework, personal care and home treatment for a chronic ailment. The ailment was the result of a reaction to medication given while she was in hospital.
Euthanasia is something older and terminally ill people have been pushing for. The medical system is run by the states, not the federal government. Most states allow voluntary euthanasia. One state is holding out for now. If involuntary euthanasia was proposed, there would be an outcry you would hear on the moon. Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see.

Satan is by nature diseased, murderous and the ultimate liar. However, he also cannot express his wicked nature without people. He needs victims that he can torment, deceive, twist and use to spread his lies. God and Satan are after the the same thing, the cooperation and allegiance of man's will. Satan tries by evil means without respecting man's will. God respects man's will and does all things righteously and in truth.
Satan seeks to take the glory that is rightly God's. Satan's kingdom is the world system that he formed with the cooperation of man, beginning with Adam. The world is blind to God, Satan sees to that. Every time someone blames God for the problems of the world, Satan puffs up with pride. That person has just called Satan God.
One day, Satan will not be able to constrain himself. He will enter an individual, the Antichrist, who will outwardly proclaim himself God. That will be it for Satan. Lord Jesus will breathe on him and blow him into the bottomless pit.
There will be a reckoning for the world. Satan will see that he's finished. Then he will bring death and destruction that has never been seen before. But Jesus is Lord and Satan is defeated.

Australia is not yet a dictatorship. People wanted assisted suicide. It took a lot of persuading to get governments to agree. Involuntary euthanasia is not going to fly in the foreseeable future. The UK? Maybe. They will eventually be a Muslim republic, unless Christians get activated. Any evil will be possible under Sharia law.
