I feel so blessed with what the Spirit is speaking into my heart about healing, I must share. These prayers are for three-fold healing, not solely body, but full restoration in God. As He provides, I'll be writing and recording them upon soothing music (with mp3 link to download). Anyone can use them freely to boost the faith and renew the mind.
Prayer Devotional for Healing, Day 1 - God is Mighty to Heal
God is Love. And Word of God, His Love spoken over us, is our life, and health to both the soul and the body.
Word of God dwells in the inner man, but manifests also in our flesh to bless us, because it's just in the nature of God, who is Life, to abound in all things, being whole, being quickened. God does not lack, God is spotless, unblemished; God does not slumber or fail; God is like an ever-flowing river bringing forth the living water of Life in abundance.
Let us come and drink of this water today and heal our hearts, minds and bodies. Not because we deserved it, but because God rejoices in stretching out His tender mercies towards all His creatures, all we need is accept Him into our lives... HALLELUYAH...! His name and His beautiful works shall be praised.
Jesus said, as we believed, it shall be done to us. Please, Lord, may all the dispensation of Your blessings be according to Your mercy and grace, and not according to our imperfections. Help all our unbeliefs and lift us up to praise Your glorious name and the name of Your Son, forever and ever, continually.
Today I am speaking to you who suffer illness in your body. Do we even realize how complex every cell in our body is? The smallest cell in our body is more perfect and higher in design than a supercomputer. It is complex enough that our entire body with myriads of cells and complex organs grows out of one single cell, how perfectly that instruction of God is carried out! Can His Word possibly fail or return to Him without accomplishment for which He purposed and sent it! No, it finishes what God sent it for. Our members in the body work ceaselessly to provide the constant outpouring of life as the number of our days is being fulfilled. King David says in Psalms "I am fearfully and wonderfully made". The other day, I had a callus on my palm, and God have me a revelation about it. When you get a callus, or a cut, or a bruise, there is a layer of new skin underneath... and it corresponds perfectly, like a puzzle piece, to the rest of the skin, to the finest line on your palms. Who is so wise that he had purposed it that way, for the hurt body to heal and restore the lost, without error, or lack, or deviation in pattern? The one who has designed and programmed every single cell in us to meticulous details, the one who has marvelously designed our bodies to serve as a vessel for living, the one who keeps all the members of the Body obeying in unity, He is also truly able to mend and heal any illness.
Meditate and believe on this truth.
---Amen
