Prayer for my Grandpa :/

My grandpa is a wonderful man who is only 63 and last night i found out he's not doing so hot they did blood work and the results are not good. he's delusional and not him self the last few weeks. this is really hard for me because my grandparents live in california and im in oregon, when i was younger my grandparents raised my sister and i so they are basically parents to us.. my sister and I's dad passed away almost 5 years ago on june 2nd. I cant even fathom if my grandpa passes anytime soon... I just cant :'( Please we could use any and all prayers! Peace and love in Jesus Christ!
