prayer & suggestions?

I 'am asking for prayer for myself. I again had an anxiety attack yesterday that seemed to have come out of nowhere. It was quite bad and unfortunetly i was alone with my kids. Some of you may know I have a lot of stress in my daily life and this anxiety has just compounded it. I just ask for prayer and also if anyone knows of any scripture i can read that relates to anxiety, depression. I want to study the word of God before all else to help me. Thank you.

2 Corinthians 1: 3-4
All praise to God the Father, and our Lord, Jesus Christ. He is the source of every mercy, and the God who comforts us. He comforts us in our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.

Monica, you are still in my prayers.
This thought hit me as I read your post. Has your dr. checked your thyroid?
It is not unussual for the symptoms you have to be a simple thyroid issue.
