It does not. You simply need to believe. That doesn't mean you don't have any questions or that you understand everything. It simply means recognizing that you are indeed a sinner in need of a Savior. You recognize that you cannot be good enough for a perfect God on your own. And you understand that God loved/loves you so much that he sent Jesus to save you. If you believe that, tell the Lord.
The word our map to the paths God chooses for us says" the rain falls on the JUST and UNJUST".
Sometimes good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people.
We cannot judge our salvation on ANYTHING EXCEPT JESUS,which is backed up in the word.
Answered Prayer is not a sign, for an evil generation seeks a sign ,prayer is talking to our Father who loves to give good gifts to his child. He is NOT slack concerning his promises.
He said ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find,we must make sure when we pray that we are in right standing before God,clean like wool.
