Hi there,

I work in a long term care facility and each year we have a state survey which is pretty extensive, In short they just want to make sure that the resident's of the nursing facility are being well taken care of. They came in at 6:00pm this evening and all was good thus far. I Have been really trying hard to make sure that my resident's needs are being met by my department. I think it shows but there are ALWAYS some issues whether it be a disgruntled employee or a piece of paperwork that has been overlooked...I love my job although it can be very stressful at times. I need to try my best and leave the rest up to GOD...I am asking for GOD's favor with this years survey. Please if you feel led say a simple prayer for this situation....It never hurts to have too many reach the Throne room...Thanks so much and GOD bless you!

Lord We pray for newborn. Bless him to have a good reputation in the job. Overflow him with your blessings. I pray this in the precious name of our Good Lord Jesus Christ Amen.

Newborn, trust me I can relate. For many years I have been the director of both preschools and day care centers, both which require having a lic. and come with visits from the state and public health. Much stress to the job, even when you know how well you care for the children in your school. My feeling is they will always find something, I work very hard to make sure it's minor, nothing big like the children's safety, health, and well being. Put it in God's hands. You know that the people in your care are important and come first to the best of your ability. Know this in your heart and trust in God.

Thespiritoftruth, pickles and water1944, I Want to Thank You all for your prayers,
I know that this does not sound like one of those most urgent prayer requests but to me it is!
I want to praise GOD for not only everything running smoothly yesterday BUT actually received some much needed Compliments from the surveyors (all the glory goes to GOD!)...One more day to go and I am leaving it in GODS hands!
Again, I thank you for your prayers!:)

Water1944: I am sure that every job has it's stressors and I know that the surveyors in your field and mine are needed but isn't it stressful! lol

Newborn, stress what stress? "I promise I have extra toilet paper in the supply closet, no problem, I get that you can't take it on faith, let me get the key so you can check it yourself."! LOL
