Psalms 19: 14 (NIV) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer.

Without the strength from God we would be weak. God hears our prayers and sees our heart. God takes away our pain and gives us peace.
