When are you feeling down – you may be drawn to blame other people or/and yourself.
You may have temptation to use your imagination to make alive some of your past ‘good memories’ – anything to lower the pain and not face the reality.
There could be and often is - lots of anger and feelings brought from the past – and you feel like you relive them again and again.
If that happen – the temptation to understand them, to make peace with them - is so great that you end up dwelling hours on ends - in hope of finding any ‘good resolution’.
The time is going slowly by – an hour, a day, a week, a month – you still trying and trying – you even come up with few good explanation - felt happy and proud of yourself for a while – just to find out after time that – it wasn’t it!
You thought and believed – you were doing a good thing – closing the past by understanding it – but did you really?
There is lots of things – they ask to be brought into the light and understood - every year contain at least few very serious matters to face and close for good.
If your age is 40 – it give you more than 100 things to sorted – if one took you more than 8 months – how much more time will you need to sorted – how you got that much time to live?
Psychology can help you a bit – but can’t fix all your life – it is too much work to do it propely.
What can help quicker and more effective than that?
Christen meditation – all day long – only in silence we can really hear God. God lives in present time, present moment – meditation is nothing else by being now and here without past and future – it require lots of eford – but no one said that – the road to God will be easy.
