Question and possible prayer

For the last week I have been able to keep myself from falling to the sin of sexual immorality which is actually a huge praise to the Lord. However, as of the last week I have been having some shall I say questionable dream that involve lust and bad desires (which tends to happen to single men like me). First is it wrong to have those dreams even when I don't feel like I can control them? Second if so can you guys pray that these dreams leave me because I really want to live a life fully for Christ?
 
Although you can't always control your dreams, you can protect your mind from things that come to your mind by being cautious of what you watch, things you listen to, etc. It should have a huge impact on what you dream about and the sexual immorality temptations you've faced. I'll be praying for you that your heart and mind/thoughts stay pure as you continue seeking the Lord :) You want to live fully for Christ, and He wants that as well, so that's great :D God bless you, bro!
 
Meinhardt, I am not a guy yet I know a thing or two about life span development. You are 21 and your hormones are raging, that is a scientific fact. I am not going to go into the whole subject of "sexual immorality" for several reasons. I personally would not be concerned about any nocturnal expression of what is perfectly normal. We are sexual creatures, among other things.

If you are concerned about being sexually immoral than I would suggest that you speak to your minister, priest, or whomever you trust about it. I do agree with GodssSon that what you watch and listen will have an influence on you. On a last note, sexuality in itself is not immoral, dirty, or something that needs to be feared; it is one of the greatest gift we ever received from God. I pray that you will receive guidance that is not guilt-ridden and ludicrous.

sweetie that you are here asking for prayers shows that the Lord is convicting your heart over this which means guess what....this is already a victory you have overcome through our Lord. You just have to believe it. When you start to get those thoughts, realize they are NOT your own and that they are evil whispers in your ear. Rebuke that dumb devil anytime he tries that. Put on the whole armor of God Joyce Meyer Ministries – Home is a good place to learn how to do this. Watch her online broadcast. The Lord has been using her to really really teach me much needed information as a child of God. Be blessed and know that as a child of God you can have VICTORY over every area of your life. Don't let the devil lie to you and then you go and believe it ok. Be blessed!

I was just talking with a friend on the subject of dreams and their point of inception and interpretation. From both our perspectives, dreams seem to be at the forefront of the subconscious. In this scenario, perhaps the Enemy is dancing in your head, trying to rouse those urges to come to fruition.
