Jesus drank wine, they called him a drunkard for it, and asked John why he didn't drink wine (they conceived to the conclusion John was the messiah).

Matthew 11:19
18 For John didn’t spend his time eating and drinking, and you say, ‘He’s possessed by a demon.’
19 The Son of Man,[a] on the other hand, feasts and drinks, and you say, ‘He’s a glutton and a drunkard, and a friend of tax collectors and other sinners!’ But wisdom is shown to be right by its results.”

Luke 7:34
34 The Son of Man,[a] on the other hand, feasts and drinks, and you say, ‘He’s a glutton and a drunkard, and a friend of tax collectors and other sinners!’
35 But wisdom is shown to be right by the lives of those who follow it.
