Let this infidel (by your assertion) admit that no I'm no US history afficionado...and I know Abe Lincoln was no founding father I was using the example of how he's painted to be some god like guy who never told a lie which is bull....he was a man just like other human beings...did he do some good things yes but he's not perfect....

That's about every piece of propaganda devised by America haters that I've heard in my life. You guys are heeding fairy tales, not real history. What they teach in public school texts is one thing, what is written by primary sources of people who were there and experienced it, is another.
