Remember for you Jesus died
When you are convicted of sin
Remember he gave up his life for he loved you
When you are afflicted for him

Remember his death on the cross
When suffring for his gospels sake
Remember that christ endured shame for your sake
When your heart 'neath burdens does ache

Remember that he intercedes
When duties are hard and severe
Remember his blood redeems you from your sin
When from trial your heart shrinks in fear

Remember the promise of peace
Sweat peace I leave with you sweat peace
The peace Jesus gives to us comes when remembring
The love he displayed on the cross.
