If she does a good job, 20-25%. Otherwise, 0-15%.

15% is the standard. I usually keep it between 10% - 20%; rarely has service ever prompted me to tip more or less.

i just read an newpaper artical by a food colum person and she said no tipping is te way 2 go.
i tip say the standard 10%.
people should not need tips to live they should be paid more per hour.
