And those who heard him say it by paying $50k wonder just what they can depend upon when it comes to Romney's statements. If Romney is merely surrendering the idea because the media dislikes it, then which other of his ideas will he be willing to surrender given enough pressure.

On the other hand if the republicans want anyone but Obama they really dont care about anything that Romney may say they just want Obama out.
