but just look at what Jesus has done for you in your 'new-life' and how you now
have the wisdom and knowledge to help and nurture others!
I've always been the underdogs biggest fan.

Very sorry to hear how your family treats you. It can be tough being in a family of non-believers. Keep up your pure and loving heart that honors God!

To label someone is very insensitive indeed!! Labels have a harmful effect, unless they are positive in nature. After hearing oneself being spoken of as a label, it seems to sink in for some reason, and if not disagreed with and rebuked in Jesus name, it can be like a noose around ones neck, dragging them down. The person who is guilty of doing the labeling has self esteem issues, they lack confidence in themselves, so they seek to bring the recipient of their downgrading to their level, so that in a sick way they can feel better about themselves. Do not accept any labels, unless they make you feel good about yourself. A dysfunctional family is very adept at this behavior.

I would rec. that you go to the library and look up books that pertain to dysfunctional familes. It will help you to understand why they do the things they do, and give you ways of overcoming their bad habits. Read books on what God has to say about you, then you will begin to soar with the eagles. God Bless you greatly!!
