The current policy position in Australia is that each state allows homosexuals civil union (the latest being Queensland last Friday), while allowing homosexuals to marry is being discussed at the ruling (Labour) party conference, with a view to policy, this very day.

Please God have your way, and save Australian marriage. Amen.
 
Labour changed their policy and will introduce homosexual marriage legislation next year.

It will be a conscience vote.
