I am both...lol...If there is something I need or really want...I buy it but then I
also dont spend to spend and lots of things, once I think about it, I just dont
need. Id rather do without some things and never try to keep up with other
people. I spend for DVDs, cameras, computers and programs, good clothing,
good shoes and boots. There is nothing wrong with spending unless one must
go into debt to do it or use credit cards. There is nothing wrong with saving as
long as it dont become hordeing.
